Kerim Perdomo was an exceptional guide during our one-week in Honduras, when we visited places of interest in and along San Pedro Sula, Copán, la Esperanza, the Lake Yojoa area and Tegucigalpa.

He is passionate about the history and culture of Honduras and is knowledgeable, thorough, punctual and congenial.

He is a safe driver and provided comfortable transport – which were important, given the vast distances we had to cover to get to and from different places of interest. Kerim also included several sites that are generally less frequented, such as the Mayan ruins at El Puente Archaeological Park. It was the same in other locations.

He arranged our stay at Panacam Lodge, which was an exceptional location.

My Family and 2 other families wanted to travel to Copan Ruins in Honduras. We are all from this beautiful country and wanted our kids to enjoy this exciting experience with all it's colors. Kerim (Tour Guide and Operator for Intercambio Catracho) is a very well experienced Guide and Host. He will drive you in a fully stocked minivan with Air Conditioning, Tinted windows, Good music, both life and medical insurance while on the trip and he even has power outlets and usb ports so you may charge your laptops, cameras and phones. He is also bilingual (English and Spanish) for all of those Non Spanish speaking tourists.

He took us to places we did not even know existed. He first took us to a little Shack Restaurant (Champa) called CAFE DE PALO (Tree Coffee) which served delicious coffee in traditional mugs made out of Clay and cooked a wonderful breakfast for a very fair Price. After that we had a drive to EL PUENTE Archaeological Park. This is a small site compared to the main ruins but has very amazing scenes and beautiful ruins. even some you may go inside. It also has a nice museum. We where there for about 1.5 hours and then drove to the main site. Our boys felt like Indiana Jones and the Girls as Lara Croft as we entered a world of hundreds of years old Ruins and Mayan Stelae. Copan is one of the worlds best preserved Mayan Sites. We the visited the museum where we took amazing Pictures. Right after that we decided to go to MACAW Mountain Bird Park. This was both fun and educational for both the Kids and ourselves. We saw beautiful specimens of Parrots, toucans and other birds. We also had the chance to get our pictures taken with Birds standing on our arms and heads.

We then took a drive downtown to a little restaurant which Kerim Recommended called ASADOS DEL CORRAL, where they Served delicious Frozen Lemonades, Melon and Watermelon juice, and a wonderful lunch. They have a very extensive international menu for everyone's delight. We then got back on the bus and drove back to our home city of San Pedro Sula. This is the best Day Tour I've had.

Kerim was polite and did not care for time. He wanted to make our trip as comfortable as possible and was always helpful on anything we needed. 10 Star Rating for Intercambio Catracho, Thanks Kerim for taking such good care of us, showing us the beauties of our country and bringing us back home safely.

He maintains his vehicle like a baby and you will have a luxurious, reliable ride. He went out of his way to meet my unusual asks that are not typical of tourists :). It was my 1st time to Honduras and I totally loved it. We drove from La Ceiba, by Pico Bonito National to Tela Beach, then to Yojoa Lake - kayaked, then to La Esperanza, Intibuca (visiting the villages of Lenca route) then to El Puente & Copan Ruins, then the Hot Springs Luna Jaguar and finally to the airport in San Pedro Sula.
