If requested after the 48-hour window and no dates are available, we’ll attempt to secure a refund, but it’s not guaranteed. If requested with more than 48 hours' notice and there is no availability, a full refund will be provided.

Weather Cancellation/Rescheduling

Transportation services proceed rain or shine unless deemed unsafe due to a specific major weather event, such as a hurricane. If your day trip is canceled due to weather, we'll reschedule you for the next available time, subject to availability. If rescheduling isn't possible, a full refund will be issued. Only the tour operator provider may cancel a day trip for weather-related reasons. No-shows or cancellations without notice will not receive a refund.
